Harwood Heights resident works to bring art to classroom
A local resident is continuing her effort to bring art into classrooms. Nicole Kawell, who grew up in and still lives in Harwood Heights, is hosting the Chicago Dance Institute Second Annual Bring the Movement 5K Run/Walk. The benefit starts at 9 a.m. July 31 at River Park in Chicago. Kawell said the first year of the event turned out well.
